Ski Jump Rebuild at Plymouth Regional High School
During the fall of 2015, Andrews Construction, along with other local contractors, worked to rebuild the existing ski jump at Plymouth Regional High School. School officials were considering tearing the ski jump down in the fall but the community come together to raise money and volunteer time to rebuild the jump. The old 24-meter jump was replaced by two jumps, a 28-meter jump and an 18-meter jump. These new jumps will help continue the traditional of ski jumping as a high school sport in New Hampshire. Andrews Construction was proud to take part in this local project! Check out this article about the ski jump.

Skid Steers clear snow off Turf Field
Andrews Construction used two skid steers to clear the snow off the turf field at Holderness School last week so students could start spring sports practice when they returned from March break. Check out last year’s video of the skid steers plowing the turf field below.

Andrews Construction Helps Kick off Pease Public Library’s Summer Reading Program
On Sunday, June 23, 2013 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm, Andrews Construction helped the Pease Public Library kick off their summer reading program at the Plymouth Municipal Airport. The theme was “Dig into Reading” and many local groups participated by bringing equipment that the children could climb in and explore. Andrews brought a dump truck and a loader. There were also planes, race cars, police cars, tractors and a fire truck. It seemed like everyone who attended was enjoying the event and it was an excellent afternoon in support of the library’s summer reading program.
Touch a Truck at Windy Hill School
Andrews has been working on building a new play area for the students at the Windy Hill School in New London, NH. Before completing the project, Andrews’ employees stopped the equipment and invited the children and teachers to climb up and explore. The children were able to sit in an excavator, dump truck, loader and roller. It was an exciting time for everyone involved!
Truck #86 Restoration
This winter Andrews Construction restored Truck #86, a 1985 Mack RD688S, purchased in 1985 and one of the company’s first Mack dump trucks. Check out the before and after pictures below.
