This project consisted of demolition of an existing auto parts supply warehouse to allow for a significant expansion to the Banks Autos vehicle storage lot. Andrews worked with the demolition contractor to reuse the building foundation as crushed concrete under the new pavement. Two large underground detention systems were constructed along with upgraded lighting and security. The total added pavement was 3.8 acres. This project was turned over to the client in just 5 months.
