In August 2017, Andrews Construction started the sitework and concrete for a 4,465 SF private residence on Lake Sunapee, in Sunapee, NH. Work included demolition of the existing structure, hammering ledge and removal of the material to excavate for the foundation. Concrete was placed in the fall of 2017 and the project is estimated to be completed late spring of 2018.
