Lakeside Residence

Andrews Construction worked closely with the general contractor and architect on this Squam Lake residence renovation and addition.  Andrews performed the site excavation, which included removing large boulders in order to excavate for the foundation, septic system installation, site utility trenching and backfill and driveway construction.  The original house was raised and Andrews formed and placed the concrete for the new foundation under the original residence as well as performing the concrete work for the addition.  Our work on the house was completed in Fall 2014.
