In July 2016, Andrews Construction finished the site redevelopment for an existing lumber distribution center which consisted of sitework and concrete for a new retail store along with multiple warehouses and storage units.  This project included major drainage improvements for the entire site due to the proximity to the Lake Winnipeasaukee.
