Plymouth State University New Residence Hall

Andrews Construction recently started work on a new residence hall at Plymouth State University.  The new dormitory will house up to 378 students.  Work began by demolishing 2 existing university buildings, and blasting existing ledge in order to prepare the site for development.  Andrews will complete the sitework, utility infrastructure and parking lot construction for this project.  The dorm is scheduled to be completed for the fall 2017 semester.  More information about the dorm can be found here at the Clock Online.
