SNHU Demo and Parking Lots

Demolition of 4 older existing dorm buildings provided space for the construction of extensive new parking areas to meet the needs of the growing university.  232 additional spots and 1800 feet of road were built before the students returned to campus in August 2019.  The new parking areas also required installation of drainage and extending existing utilities throughout.  The job was completed in this tight Summer window to meet the owner’s schedule requirements.
