SNHU New Residence Hall

In June 2016, Andrews Construction began work on a new residence hall on Southern New Hampshire University’s main campus.  The new dormitory will house 300 students on 4 floors of 4 person apartments and is the second dormitory that Andrews has worked on at SNHU.  The new residence hall is adjacent to East Side Drive and Victory Lane, projects also built by Andrews Construction.  Work for this project includes blasting, excavation, and utility work, including electric, sewer and water, along with an underground detention system.  The new residence hall is scheduled to open Fall 2017.
